My work is therapeutic coaching focused on nervous system regulation and emotional awareness.

This is not just about talking through your experiences or analyzing your thoughts.

We work directly with how your responses show up in your body, your reactions, and your day-to-day life.

The focus is on practical, grounded change so that what you understand mentally can begin to shift at a deeper, felt level.
