These guided meditations are here to support nervous system regulation, grounding, and emotional awareness.

They are designed as gentle tools to help you reconnect with yourself in moments of stress, overwhelm, or disconnection.

They are not a replacement for deeper 1:1 work but can be a supportive part of your daily practice.

How to use these

You can use these meditations when you feel:

  • overwhelmed or overstimulated

  • anxious or emotionally activated

  • disconnected from your body

  • difficulty relaxing or switching off

  • a need to pause and come back to yourself

There is no “right way” to use them, just allow yourself to follow what feels supportive in the moment.
