You might notice that your mind doesn’t settle easily, even when you’re resting.
Or that you feel flat, disconnected, or emotionally overloaded at different points.
Many of the people I work with describe feeling stuck between two states:

And underneath it all, a quiet question often remains:
“Why do I feel like this when externally everything seems as it 'should be'?”
What this is
I offer therapeutic coaching focused on nervous system regulation and emotional awareness for high-functioning professionals experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, and difficulty switching off.
This work supports you in understanding and working with your internal patterns not just mentally, but in a more embodied way.
Instead of trying to force change, we focus on helping your system gradually move out of chronic overactivation or shutdown and into a more regulated state.


What we do together
In our sessions, we gently explore the patterns your system has learned without forcing change or pushing you beyond your capacity.
