Therapeutic Coaching
About
Nataly Sofroniou
I’m a therapeutic coach based in Cyprus, working with high-functioning professionals who appear to have things together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or unable to switch off internally.
Many of the people I work with are capable, responsible, and used to managing a lot. But internally, they often feel mentally overloaded, constantly “on” or disconnected from themselves.
My work focuses on helping you move out of constant overdrive or shutdown and into a more grounded, settled way of being.

Why I do this work

I’m drawn to this work because I’ve seen how easy it is to appear “fine” on the outside while internally feeling constantly on, overwhelmed or disconnected.
Like many of the people I work with, I understand what it’s like to keep functioning, meeting expectations, and moving forward while something underneath doesn’t feel settled.
What led me here was the realization that understanding myself wasn’t always enough to create change. Even when things made sense mentally, my body could still feel tense, reactive or shut down.
Over time, I became increasingly interested in how the nervous system shapes our everyday experience and how real change happens when we begin to work with these patterns in a more embodied way.
This work is meaningful to me because it offers a different way of relating to yourself. Not through pressure or pushing through but through awareness, regulation, and building a greater sense of internal safety over time.
My approach
My work is rooted in nervous system awareness, emotional regulation, and practical, embodied change.
This is not just about talking through your experiences or analyzing your thoughts. We focus on how your patterns show up in real time, in your body, your reactions, and your day-to-day life.
Together, we work to:
-
recognize your “always on” and shutdown responses
-
understand how your system has adapted to stress
-
build simple, practical tools to regulate and reset
-
create a greater sense of internal safety and stability
The pace of this work is steady and supportive. There's no pressure to perform or get it "right".
Change happens through awareness, consistency, and learning to respond to yourself in a different way.
